Brad is a freelance drummer and percussionist currently living in Pittsburgh, PA. Originally from Butler Pennsylvania, Brad earned a B.M. in music performance from the Indiana University Jacob’s School of Music and is currently completing an M.M. in performance from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.
At home in both the orchestra and in smaller ensembles, Brad has worked both on stage and in the pit. He has been apart of over 30 different musical theater productions including shows like "Chicago," "South Pacific," and "Crazy for You” and is currently a drummer and percussionist for Pittsburgh Musical Theater. He has also had the pleasure of performing with a number of orchestras on the East Coast.
Brad also has experience as a teacher and has worked with a number of students of ages ranging from middle school through college. He is currently on staff as an accompanist for modern jazz at Point Park University in Pittsburgh. Brad's primary teachers include Ed Stephan, Jack DiIanni, Lisa Pegher, Mike Spiro and Len Rogers.
Outside of music, Brad is an avid bike racer and spends his time training and exploring when he’s not performing.
