Shipping policy

Due to the handmade-to-order nature of our products, it may take up to six weeks for you to receive your order. Orders are typically turned around within two to four weeks, but that time can vary based on volume of orders. Please be patient :) We are a small, two-person operation and we are sticklers for quality!

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when the label is created. Please note that tracking services are provided by the carrier and we do not have control over its function. We also do not have control over how your order is handled once it leaves our hands, but we will gladly make right any issues you experience with shipping. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take care of it.
