Joshua Graham is a percussion and music educator with a diverse background indrumset, classical, and the marching arts based in Clarksville, TN. After earning his BM andPerformer’s Certificate at Austin Peay State University under David Steinquest, he attendedthe University of Wisconsin at Madison to continue to study Percussion Performance underAnthony Di Sanza and Tom Ross. During this time, Joshua was the TA for the UW BadgerBand drumline. He has since performed with the Austin Peay State University windensemble as a guest artist to bring Re(new)al by Viet Cuong to the stage in Clarksville, TN.Before aging out, he has also performed with Clarksville Audio Theater in WGI and MusicCity Drum and Bugle Corps in DCI. Upon finishing his MM in Wisconsin, he performed inSpain at the Impressions of Llíria festival . As an educator, Joshua currently overviews thefull percussion section at Austin Peay’s “Governor’s Own Marching Band.” Alongsideworking with the marching percussion section, he teaches adjunct Theory and Ear Trainingclasses at APSU. He is currently pursuing auditions at the higher level, working on recordingsolo projects in the rock genre, and wants to continue to teach the upper level of the marchingarts collegiate or corps.
