Jordan Holley
Jordan Holley is a freelance percussionist and educator based in Melbourne, FL. He holds degrees from the Mannes College of Music (Professional Studies), the University of Minnesota Duluth (M.M), and the University of North Florida (B.M.). Specializing in orchestral percussion, he performs with the Space Coast Symphony Orchestra, Sarasota Orchestra, Brevard Symphony Orchestra, Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra, and the Villages Philharmonic. He also performs musical theater productions for the Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse.
He has performed at Carnegie Hall and Alice Tully Hall with the Mannes Orchestra and at the Conservatoire de Lyon with the University of Minnesota Duluth Graduate Percussion Ensemble. He will be performing with the Hollywood Concert Orchestra in January 2019 for their month-long tour in Japan. Aside from performing, he has recently started a private teaching studio in Melbourne.
His primary teachers have been Joe Tompkins, Mike Werner, Maya Gunji, Gene Koshinski, Charlotte Mabrey, and Kevin Garry.
